Questions
Does this copy the whole page layout into Excel?
No. AI fills the columns you name, one row per PDF. It does not rebuild every paragraph and table in the same positions as the page.
Can I choose my own Excel columns?
Yes. Rename, retype, reorder or remove the starting columns, or add your own headings.
Can several PDFs go into one Excel file?
Yes. Each file becomes a row in one workbook, even when the layouts differ.
What if a PDF does not contain one of my fields?
That cell stays empty. A visible gap is easier to trust than a guessed value.
Can it read scanned PDFs?
Scans are accepted, and results depend on image quality. Try one first and check the preview.
What happens to my PDFs afterwards?
They are deleted about an hour after the conversion. The privacy page sets out what is kept.
