Service description
ExtractToExcel is being developed to extract user-selected information from PDF documents and organize it into an Excel workbook. Features, limits, and availability may change while the service is being tested and improved.
Your responsibility for uploaded content
You must have the right and authority to upload and process each document. You remain responsible for the content you provide, the extraction fields you request, and your use of generated files.
AI output and verification
AI extraction can omit, misread, or incorrectly format information. ExtractToExcel does not guarantee that output is complete or accurate. You must review important financial, tax, legal, compliance, and business data against the original documents before relying on it or using it to make decisions.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to:
- upload content you do not have permission to process;
- process unlawful, malicious, or exploitative material;
- probe, bypass, or interfere with security and usage controls;
- introduce malware or attempt unauthorized access;
- use automated traffic that harms availability for other users; or
- violate applicable law or another person's rights.
Service availability
We may change limits, pause processing, restrict access, or discontinue features for maintenance, security, cost control, legal compliance, or product development. The service may sometimes be unavailable or fail to complete a document.
Intellectual property
You retain your rights in content you upload. ExtractToExcel and its original software, design, branding, and site content remain owned by their respective rights holders. No ownership of your documents is transferred merely by using the service.
Suspension and termination
Access may be limited or terminated when use creates security, legal, operational, or abuse concerns, or when these terms are materially violated.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or error-free output. ExtractToExcel is not a substitute for professional accounting, legal, tax, or compliance review. Any final limitation of liability will be reviewed for the jurisdictions in which the service operates.
