Questions

Can I change the columns?

Yes. Rename, retype, reorder or remove any of them before you convert, or add your own, such as a branch or a cost centre.

Can I get each transaction as a row?

Yes. Each debit or credit is its own Excel row. Bank and account number repeat on every line. Up to 80 transactions per PDF.

Do the statements have to be from the same bank?

No. Each PDF is read on its own against your headings, so statements from different banks still land in one table.

What if a statement doesn't print a field?

The cell stays blank. Nothing is guessed, so the gaps are easy to spot.

Does it convert the transaction table into Excel?

Yes. Amount is signed as printed: deposits and credits positive, withdrawals and debits negative.

What happens to the statements afterwards?

They are deleted about an hour after the conversion. The privacy page sets out what is kept.
