Questions

Can invoices, receipts and fee notes share one sheet?

Yes. Name the columns the pack needs. Each PDF becomes one row, even when the layouts differ.

How is this different from Invoice to Excel?

That page opens on invoice columns. This one starts from the same four general fields as PDF to Excel, so a mixed client pack is the expected input.

What if a receipt has no VAT line?

That cell stays empty. A blank is easier to check than a filled-in guess.

Can I add Client or Period as a column?

Yes. Add, rename or remove headings before you convert. The starting four are only a start.

Can it read scanned PDFs?

Scans are accepted, and results depend on image quality. Try one first and check the preview.

What happens to the PDFs afterwards?

They are deleted about an hour after the conversion. The privacy page sets out what is kept.
