Questions

Can several entities go in one workbook?

Yes. Add an Entity column if you want it on every row. Each PDF is still one row, whatever folder it came from.

Does this post into the ERP?

No. You download Excel and take it into the system you already use. Name cost centre or GL columns here if those headings help the import.

How is this different from the accountants page?

That page is written for a mixed client pack. This one is written for AP and AR files across entities. Both open the same converter on the same starting columns.

What if a PDF has no cost centre?

That cell stays empty. A blank is easier to catch in review than a guessed code.

Can layouts differ between vendors?

Yes. The field can sit in a different place on each PDF and still land under the heading you chose.

What happens to the PDFs afterwards?

They are deleted about an hour after the conversion. The privacy page sets out what is kept.
