Questions
Can I change the columns?
Yes. Rename, retype, reorder or remove any of them before you convert, or add your own, such as a cost centre or project code.
Do the receipts have to come from the same shop?
No. Each PDF is read on its own, so receipts from different shops still end up in one table under your headings.
What if a receipt doesn't show a value?
The cell stays blank. Nothing is guessed, so the gaps are easy to spot.
Can I get each item on a receipt?
No. Each receipt becomes one row with its totals, not its individual items.
Does it work on photos and scans?
Scans are accepted, and results depend on image quality. Try one first and check the preview.
What happens to my receipts afterwards?
They are deleted about an hour after the conversion. The privacy page sets out what is kept.
