Questions
Can I change the columns?
Yes. Rename, retype, reorder or remove any of them, or add your own, such as payment terms or a cost centre.
Do the invoices have to come from the same supplier?
No. Each PDF is read on its own, so different suppliers still land in one table under your headings.
What if an invoice doesn't show a field?
The cell stays blank. Nothing is guessed, so the gaps are easy to spot.
Does it work on scanned invoices?
Scans are accepted, and results depend on image quality. Try one first and check the preview.
Should I review the result?
Yes. These are financial documents — check the preview against the source before you rely on it.
What happens to the invoices afterwards?
They are deleted about an hour after the conversion. The privacy page sets out what is kept.
