Questions
Do the PDFs have to be the same kind of document?
They have to share the fields you ask for. A folder of invoices or a month of receipts both work; mixing unrelated documents leaves half the row empty.
What if one document is missing a field?
That cell stays blank. The rest of the row is still filled.
Is this one workbook, or one file per PDF?
One workbook. Each PDF is a row in the same sheet.
Can I change the columns?
Yes. Rename, retype, reorder or remove them, or add headings of your own.
Does it work on scans?
Scans are accepted, and results depend on image quality. Try one first and check the preview.
What happens to the PDFs afterwards?
They are deleted about an hour after the conversion. The privacy page sets out what is kept.
