Questions

Can I change the columns?

Yes. Rename, retype, reorder or remove any of them before you convert, or add your own, such as a warehouse or a project code.

Can I get each line on the note?

Yes. Each SKU line is its own Excel row, with quantity and unit. Note number and supplier repeat on every line. Up to 80 lines per PDF.

Do the notes have to use the same template?

No. Each PDF is read on its own against your headings, so notes from different suppliers still land in one table.

What if a note doesn't print a field?

The cell stays blank. Nothing is guessed, so the gaps are easy to spot.

Does it add up the value of the goods?

No. A delivery note usually has no total. The seeded columns are what moved, not what was billed.

What happens to the notes afterwards?

They are deleted about an hour after the conversion. The privacy page sets out what is kept.
